Approve wording before design

Keep approved copy in a reusable text file and review names, spelling and dates with the content owner. Distinguish full wording from shortened navigation labels. When exact lettering is requested, preserve it; propose corrections separately before applying them to a name or identity mark.

Test the typeface with actual copy

Set the complete title before choosing weight and size. Inspect joined letters, dots, punctuation and numerals. Test mixed Arabic and English, especially website addresses and tool names. Choose a font with appropriate usage rights and keep its license with the project assets.

Build a simple reading hierarchy

Give the main title one clear level, followed by a smaller name or subtitle and necessary details. Limit competing fonts and colors. Test against both quiet and busy footage. A restrained shadow or supporting color panel can improve separation without surrounding every letter with effects.

Choose an appropriate delivery format

For complete still images, use a suitable JPG quality and inspect the lettering after compression. A title intended for compositing over footage needs an alpha-capable format or suitable source asset: JPG does not retain transparency. Keep editable text so wording and dimensions can change without rebuilding the design.

Review in the final viewing context

Open the image on a phone and watch the title in the finished sequence at normal speed. Check edge clearance, dots and reading time. For animation, inspect the first fully readable frame and the last before exit. A large design-canvas preview does not establish readability on a small screen.
